Founder and Primary Provider
A bit about our founder...

Bilingual Therapist | Clinical Supervisor | Integrative Mental Health Specialist
Dr. Arroyo is a bilingual licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through a compassionate, culturally attuned lens. She has worked in diverse settings, including nearly a decade serving active-duty military personnel, as well as in urban and rural communities through integrated behavioral health services at UT Southwestern and Parkland Hospital in Dallas.
Her early work with children and youth in foster care sparked a deep commitment to trauma-informed care. She has also provided behavioral health support to women in OB/GYN settings, ensuring mental health is treated as an essential part of whole-person wellness.
Dr. Arroyo holds a Master of Science in Social Work and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Spanish. As a Hogg Foundation Bilingual Mental Health Scholar, she is recognized for her dedication to clinical research, client advocacy, and bilingual service. Known for her grounded presence and genuine care, she brings warmth, insight, and integrity to every client relationship.
When she’s not working, Dr. Arroyo enjoys giving back to her community, spending time with her family, and staying connected to what matters most.
